Create a perfectly symmetrical wearable medieval full-face helmet as a watertight manifold shell for 3D printing. Model both the exterior and interior as a hollow shell with uniform wall thickness, open neck opening, and empty interior; no head, mannequin, padding or solid fill. Rounded dome, human-like face forged into one continuous front plate with narrow eye slits, defined brow, nose, lips and jaw. Constructed from a few large steel plates with realistic overlapping seams and round rivets, slightly rough hammered finish. Add a forged side-to-side half-moon halo mounted on riveted brackets with 6–8 evenly spaced spikes. Inspired by Gothic medieval armor with subtle Sanguinary Guard/Lord Dante influence. No crown, wings, collar, neck guard, excessive ornamentation or sci-fi.
