Create a realistic 3D educational active suspension quarter-car test bench on a PURE WHITE BACKGROUND. The structure has a rigid rectangular aluminum base, four polished steel vertical guide columns, a middle aluminum plate representing the unsprung mass, and a top aluminum plate representing the sprung mass. Between the upper and middle plates place a large black helical suspension spring in the center, a black hydraulic damper beside it, and a black linear actuator on the opposite side. Mount a displacement sensor on the top plate and another on the middle plate. Under the middle plate install a second smaller black spring representing tire stiffness, connected directly to a realistic wheel assembly.
