Create a realistic dental model with full upper and lower jaws, anatomically correct and aligned. The model must open and fully close naturally. Design a functional integrated hinge (print-in-place) on both sides (left and right), positioned at the back near the molars. The hinge must be a true interlocking cylindrical hinge, with alternating knuckles and a built-in axle, allowing rotation after printing. Do NOT remove or simplify the hinge. Do NOT generate floating parts or disconnected geometry. Ensure: Minimum hinge thickness for strength Clearance between moving parts: 0.25–0.3mm Rotation axis aligned on both sides No central bar or obstruction Teeth must align correctly when closed Optimize for FDM printing, no supports required. Keep hinge attached to both jaws. Export as clean, manifold STL.
