Create a realistic engineering 3D model of a fixed Smart Irrigation Pumping and Control Station for large-scale semi-arid agriculture. No wheels and no large storage tank. Use a robust weather-resistant metal frame with a solar panel, battery, IoT/GPS/LoRa antenna, control cabinet with digital screen and biometric card reader, variable-speed pump, pressure gauges, valves, coarse pre-filter and fine filtration system. The station must accept water from an Oued, Barrage or Borehole through a long-distance HDPE pipeline. For distant sources, the pipeline contains protected inline flow and pressure sensor stations approximately every 1 km for leak detection and section identification. For boreholes, use a submersible pump and rising pipe. The station filters, pressurizes and distributes water to drip or sprinkler irrigation. Make the design practical, modular, maintainable and manufacturable, with realistic hydraulic piping and accessible components. Avoid futuristic or robotic shapes.
