Create a single-line 3D CAD model of a small plastic sorting plant for plastic-to-fuel conversion. From left to right: infeed hopper onto a pre-sorting belt with labeled bins (“Paper”, “Metal”, “Glass”, “Organic”) and 1–2 workers removing non-plastic waste. Belt enters a tunnel with IR sensor and RGB camera; add a pusher arm diverting bad material to a “Rejected/Contaminated” chute. Next, a compact shredder with rotating blades and side motor drops flakes onto a conveyor leading to a washing tank with sprays/agitators and inlet/outlet pipes. Wet granules fall into a transparent density tank: top overflow for “Fuel-Grade Plastic”, bottom outlet for “Other plastics / dry waste”. Convey top output to a silo labeled “Fuel-Grade Plastic → Pyrolysis Unit”, bottom output to bags labeled “Other Dry Waste → Sell to Industry”. Include motors, frames, supports; linear layout, clear labels, ~10–15 m scale.
