Prompt
Create a single-piece 3D printed slip-on lattice shoe designed as a smart orthotic for knee-health research. Base design: Overall shape similar to a minimalist slip-on clog / sneaker with rounded toe and low heel collar. Fine hexagonal / Voronoi lattice upper (breathable). Thicker gyroid / Voronoi lattice midsole + outsole for cushioning. Smooth continuous inner surface so the foot touches a smooth shell, not the lattice. No separate parts, seams, or stitching. Sensor cavities and channels (very important): Add shallow rectangular cavities (about 3–4 mm deep) on the inner sole for pressure sensors: One cavity under the heel center, One under the 1st metatarsal (big toe ball), One under the 5th metatarsal (lateral forefoot), One under the medial arch. Each cavity should have flat floors and smooth filleted edges for easy sensor mounting. Add a small internal channel network (2–3 mm diameter tunnels) connecting all cavities to an area on the lateral outer side of the shoe, near the ankle, for routing wires. On that lateral side, create a recessed pocket (approx. 25 × 35 × 5 mm) to hold a small electronics module / IMU + battery, with a snap-fit rim around the opening. Preserve sufficient wall thickness (2.5–3.5 mm) around cavities and channels so the shoe remains strong and printable. Printing constraints: Optimized for TPU or flexible PLA 3D printing. Suitable for SLS, MJF, or FDM processes. Watertight, manifold geometry, no self-intersections. Hollow lattice interior, not solid. Foot size roughly Us 230–235 (can be scaled later).
