Prompt
Create a single-piece, print-in-place 3D printable LUNCH BOX in the shape of a cute chibi Stitch character, for personal school lunch use only. This is a lunch box first, shaped like a toy character second. FUNCTION (VERY IMPORTANT): The lunch box stores food inside Stitch’s belly and torso. Food is placed into and removed from the belly THROUGH THE MOUTH, not through the stomach or body exterior. The front of the belly and torso must remain fully closed and solid on the outside, like a normal Stitch figure. There must be NO hole or opening in the stomach or body exterior. OPENING METHOD: The top of the head flips backward about 90 degrees on a print-in-place hinge at the back of the head. When the head is open, the user can reach through the mouth and down into the belly cavity to grab food. INTERIOR: Inside the closed body shell, create one large hollow internal cavity that extends from the head down into the belly, sized to hold a full lunch (sandwich flat, fruit, snacks). The interior must be completely empty, smooth, rounded, and unobstructed. Do NOT model food or contents. MOVABLE LIMBS: Arms rotate at the shoulders and legs pivot at the hips, all print-in-place, movable immediately after printing. CLOSURE: Use a hidden internal snap-fit between the head and body so it stays closed in a backpack. No visible latch or exterior mechanism. PRINTING: One complete object, no assembly, no pins or magnets. Optimized for 0.4 mm nozzle, no supports, overhangs under 45°, chunky, durable, and child-safe. Size it as large and wide as possible while fitting a FlashForge AD5X (220×220×250 mm).
