The collar must have an adjustable strap to fit necks 80–110 cm in circumference, 5 cm width, and 20 mm thickness. Include sensors for heart rate, blood pressure, respiration, and body temperature, ensuring proper contact with the animal’s neck. Integrate a GPS module, 4G connectivity, MCU, memory, and battery housing for Li-SOCl₂ 3000–5000 mAh. Materials: TPU inner strap, Polycarbonate outer shell, silicone pads. The device must be waterproof (IP67), shockproof, UV-resistant, and resistant to animal bites. Weight must be under 450 g. Provide solid bodies with assembly and tolerances suitable for manufacturing, ready for injection molding and 3D printing. Ensure sensor placement, battery, and GPS module are ergonomically optimized, with easy assembly/disassembly.”
