Inside cavity create two magnet pockets: 15.2 mm × 15.2 mm × 0.9 mm depth Spaced 1 mm apart Designed for 15 × 15 × 1 mm magnets Magnets sit 0.1 mm proud. Maintain minimum 2 mm bottom wall thickness. Add matching alignment holes: 5.25 mm diameter 3.5 mm depth Add female snap rail grooves with 0.25 mm clearance.
