Create a very cute fully articulated flexi lizard (gecko) model for 3D printing. The design should be adorable and toy-like, with an oversized big head, large expressive cartoon eyes, small rounded legs, and a friendly smiling face. The body, tail, legs, and neck must have segmented joints similar to flexi dragon toys. All joints should be print-in-place with clearances of 0.3–0.5 mm for smooth movement after printing. Use smooth, rounded surfaces with simple shapes and no sharp details. Minimum thickness 2.5 mm, no thin or fragile parts. The model must be solid, manifold, and optimized for FDM printing without supports. Target overall length should be about 6 cm.
