Create an accurate industrial 3D model based on a real fabrication drawing of a smart utility pole. The structure consists of a vertical cylindrical steel pole approximately 4.6 meters high, mounted on a circular anchor base with exposed anchor bolts. The main pole is fabricated from steel pipe and supports a horizontal cantilever arm extending approximately 2.8 meters from the pole centerline. At the end of the cantilever arm, a rectangular equipment enclosure is mounted. The enclosure is approximately 2400 mm long, 600 mm high, and 600 mm deep. The housing has a robust welded steel frame with expanded metal mesh side panels, forming a semi-open protective cage. Internal equipment is partially visible through the mesh. The cantilever arm is reinforced with diagonal tubular braces connecting the arm to the vertical pole, creating a rigid triangular support structure.
