Create an adapter to convert my vertically mounted exhaust fan with 4" oval output to a 4" round vent pipe. It needs to receive the exhaust fan on the bottom, turn 90 degrees while also offsetting out from the wall in order to avoid the framing by about 3". Optimize the design to have maximum airflow efficiency
