Create an ultra-realistic, scientifically accurate 3D anatomical model of an adult sparrow (Passer domesticus) heart. Do NOT use human or generic mammalian heart anatomy. Reproduce the compact, elongated, conical avian heart with a pointed apex and anatomically correct anterior, posterior, superior, inferior and lateral surfaces. Include four chambers: right atrium, left atrium, right ventricle and a very thick-walled left ventricle. Accurately model the muscular right atrioventricular valve unique to birds, the left atrioventricular valve, interventricular septum and ventricular myocardium.
