three-tier cake 3d model

Create for me a 3D printing design of a three tier round cake. the bottom should have a diameter of 16cm and a high of 5cm, the middle tire a diameter of 12cm and a high of 5cm, and the top tire a diameter of 8cm and a high of 5cm. on the top tire, in the center , include a round hole with a diameterof 4cm and a depth of 6mm so that a candle can be placed inside. Please decorate the cake very elegantly, with fne finishes. On each tier, along the sides stating from the top edge of each disk downward add patterns that imitate whipped cream decorations, along with a few heats and bowl arranged as you see fit so that it looks very beautyful. on top around the hole you decide what to decore. on the 2cm distance between the base of the top tier and the opening in the middle tier and between te base of the middle tire and the edge of the bottom tire please do not add any decorations
