Create ONE realistic 3D human head model using the frontal face image as the identity reference. The frontal image defines the person's face and must remain EXACTLY unchanged. Do not modify facial structure, expression, skin texture, or identity. Use the second reference image ONLY as a design and placement reference for cybernetic implants.
