Create only the BASEMENT (UG) module of a modern minimalist single-family house as clean geometry (no textures, materials, colors, or text). Use a simple rectangular footprint that will be identical for all floors. The model must be fully manifold, watertight, STL-printable, with outward normals and no internal geometry or overlaps.
