Create ONLY the lower body of the tape dispenser based on the reference. Functional, solid and optimized for FDM 3D printing. Approx. 55 mm high, 75 mm wide and 22 mm deep, minimum 2 mm walls. Create a central 8 mm axle hole to hold a rotating tape roll. The upper section must contain a REAL FEMALE internal screw thread to connect to the middle piece: nominal diameter 28 mm, pitch 3 mm, engagement 8 mm, FDM clearance about 0.3 mm per side. The thread must be functional, not decorative. Use a robust rounded/conical shape similar to the reference. Watertight/manifold geometry, no floating parts, no supports where possible. No logo, text, branding or carabiner. Output ONLY this separate printable component.
