spiky sphere creature 3d model

Creating a new creature for a game, simple but well blended polygons, a rounded orb like creature with 25-35 long arms with hooks and points on the ends coming off of the orb in random positions, the face on the orb is scattered around the core and not centered, Creepy almost slimy in appearance. I want it to look like the creature could outstretch it's arms and roll like a ball.
