Dark fantasy armored pauldrons, Minas Morgul inspired (black steel / gunmetal). Create a pair of asymmetrical shoulder pauldrons for a humanoid armor set: layered segmented plates like overlapping scales, strong angular silhouette, sharp ridges and edges, one pauldron slightly larger with a raised spiked crest/horn-like fin, the other more compact but still layered.
