Design a 3D model of a single-use flavored water enhancer bottle cap with two parts: LOWER BODY: Cylindrical tube fitting a standard 28mm PCO bottle neck with internal threading or friction fit. Contains a sealed 5-10ml liquid flavor chamber inside. Bottom has a small sealed outlet hole pointing downward into the bottle when attached. UPPER TAB MECHANISM: Flat horizontal pull tab on top, shaped exactly like an aluminum soda can opening tab — oval ring on one end, flat lever on the other, lying completely flat when in closed position. When the tab is pulled upward, it punctures or opens the sealed outlet at the bottom of the chamber, releasing the liquid downward into the bottle. AESTHETICS: Compact and sleek, max 4cm tall, 28mm wide. Colorful, smooth plastic surface. Pull tab is the most prominent visual feature on top. No bulky or oversized elements. Silhouette similar to Poptop wine stopper design. OUTPUT: Show from front, side, top, and attached to a water bottle.
