aircraft carrier 3d model
"Design a complete, 3D-printable, RC-functional scale model of the USS Gerald R. Ford (CVN-78) aircraft carrier with exact overall dimensions of 1800mm length, 450mm beam width, and 550mm overall height. Optimize the entire assembly to be sliced and printed on a 3D printer with a 220mm x 220mm x 250mm build envelope. 1. Hull Breakdown (16 Segments): Split the main lower hull into 8 equal longitudinal sections (~225mm length per section) and divide each section down the centerline into Port and Starboard halves ( total of 16 lower hull blocks). Design each block with 3.5mm outer wall thickness, internal structural strengthening ribs, 0.25mm tolerance interlocking tongue-and-groove alignment joints, and internal channels for epoxy sealing. 2. Flight Deck Breakdown (16 Segments): Split the flight deck into a matching 8 x 2 grid of 16 flat deck panels. Design a removable central deck hatch above the mid-ship section with a recessed 2mm rubber-gasket channel to allow waterproof access to
