Prompt
Design a complete parametric CAD assembly for a lightweight drone-mounted wall-painting robotic arm intended for 3D printing. PROJECT GOAL: Create a 17-inch (432 mm) reach robotic arm mounted to a multirotor drone. The arm carries a wide paint roller and a paint-delivery tube. The arm must be remotely controlled and capable of automatic positioning while the drone moves vertically and horizontally along a wall. IMPORTANT: This is a flying drone payload, so minimize weight and avoid unnecessarily massive solid 3D-printed components. Use lightweight carbon-fiber tubes for the long arm sections and 3D-print only the structural joint housings, brackets, mounts, and covers. ARM CONFIGURATION: Use 4 servo-controlled joints: J1 = Base yaw - Rotate the entire arm left/right. - Target range: approximately ±90°. - High-torque metal-gear servo. - Include a replaceable servo mounting plate. - Include bearing support so the servo shaft is not carrying the complete structural load. J2 = Shoulde
