The crack itself is bent, not straight — two segments meeting at an angle: first segment ~8mm, second segment ~23.5mm, total span ~31.5mm. Brace should extend 15mm past each end for overlap. Width: 7mm constant. Thickness: tapered, 2.5mm at the bend point, tapering to 1mm at both ends. Follows inside corner radius matching this bezel model, with slight longitudinal curve/twist to match bezel geometry — not flat. Concave inner face for flush contact against bezel's inside surface, convex outer face. No holes or clips — bonds via epoxy across the crack. Material: PETG or TPU, printable via FDM. Export STL, flat-side down for printing.
