coin bank 3d model
Design a functional 3D-printable coin bank with a gravity slide sorting mechanism for Philippine coins. The coin slot is positioned on the side of the bank and feeds into an internal sloped slide sorter located directly below the slot. The sorter separates coins by diameter: smaller 10-peso coins fall through a calibrated gap in the slide, while larger 20-peso coins continue forward and drop into a separate channel. Inside the bank, create two large internal storage chambers divided by a solid wall: one chamber for 10-peso coins and one for 20-peso coins. Each chamber must hold approximately 10,000 coins. Use tall vertical compartments with smooth internal walls so coins stack naturally and do not jam. Include anti-theft features such as internal baffles and a one-way coin path preventing coins from being retrieved through the slot. Add a secure removable bottom hatch or threaded base for emptying coins. Design optimized for FDM 3D printing: 3–4 mm wall thickness, smooth coin slide
