Design a lightweight X-type mini quadcopter drone frame for 3D printing. The frame must support an Arduino board with dimensions 18 mm × 33 mm × 0.8 mm mounted at the center. The frame wheelbase should be 85 mm (motor-to-motor diagonal). Create a square center plate of 40 mm × 40 mm with a recessed mounting pocket sized 19 mm × 34 mm and 1 mm depth for the Arduino. Include four integrated arms extending from the center at 90 degrees. Each arm should be 42 mm long and 6 mm wide with rounded edges and fillets for strength. At the end of each arm, include a cylindrical press-fit motor mount hole of 8.6 mm diameter and 6 mm depth for coreless motors of 8.5 mm diameter. Add small wire exit slots near each motor mount. Frame thickness should be 2.5 mm. The design should be optimized for low weight, vibration reduction, and 3D printing using PLA or PETG. Include smooth curves and avoid sharp corners.
