Prompt
Design a simple 3D printable wall shelf that can be snapped onto an existing Jung or Gira style outlet/switch cover plate and used as a small platform for a JBL Link Music or similar device. The design must NOT include any socket geometry or a speaker model, only the shelf itself. Requirements: A flat top platform shaped like a rounded rectangle, about 140 mm wide and 130 mm deep, with a straight back edge that sits against the wall and a gently rounded front edge. The visible height (thickness) of the top plate should be about 6–8 mm. Under the top plate, add a simple diagonal or curved support bracket for strength, but keep it minimal to reduce print time and material. No decorative ribs are needed. At the back of the shelf, integrate a clip system that slides over and grips a standard Jung / Gira cover frame, whose visible outer size is roughly 70 x 70 mm. The clip should be slightly wider than the cover (for example 75–80 mm inner width) so the shelf can be pushed down from above onto the cover frame. The clip must hold securely by friction and/or small retaining lips around the edges of the cover frame, but it must also be removable without tools. Do not cover the socket opening itself; the shelf mounts only on the outer frame. All geometry must be optimized for FDM 3D printing in PLA or PETG, with no extreme overhangs, filleted edges, and wall thicknesses around 3–4 mm for the clip and 4–6 mm for the bracket and top plate. Export as an STL file suitable for 3D printing. The bracket must be mounted between a standard European 68 mm flush‑mount wall box (DIN 49073) and the front cover frame of a Jung / Gira outlet or switch. Use the standard 60 mm screw spacing of the wall box for mounting. Assume the visible Jung / Gira cover frame is about 70 x 70 mm. Requirements: A flat top platform at least 130 mm wide and 130 mm deep so the 112 mm JBL Link Music sits securely, with a rounded front edge and straight back edge against the wall. A vertical back mounting plate that is clamped or screwed between the flush wall box and the Jung/Gira cover frame, reusing the existing two fixing screws (60 mm apart). The back plate should be thin enough (around 2–3 mm) to fit behind the cover frame, but the shelf arm and top plate must be thick and ribbed enough (around 4–6 mm) to safely support the 0.73 kg speaker without sagging. Optionally add small holes or a channel to route the power cable neatly behind or under the shelf. All geometry should be suitable for FDM 3D printing in PLA or PETG, with filleted edges, no extreme overhangs, and export as an STL file.
