STRUCTURAL STRENGTH: Add internal ribbing along the outer curve. Add 2 triangular reinforcement ribs near the pivot base. Inner structure must be lightweight but strong. Target infill compatibility: 30–40%. Designed for torque from small servo motor. GRIPPING SURFACE: Inner curve must be smooth and slightly textured. Add shallow grip pattern (0.5 mm depth).
