Design a wide fender flare extending 50.8mm (2 inches) from the OEM wheel arch. The flare features six layered, overlapping aerodynamic panels with sharp faceted geometry and defined center ridges. Each panel overlaps 8mm with subtle 2mm shadow gaps. Lower two panels angled outward 3–5 degrees. Maximum extension at 9 o’clock position, tapering at top and bottom. Smooth internal surface with 8–10mm tire clearance. Include vertical vent at rear of front arch and horizontal vent at rear flare. Clean topology, 1:1 scale, manufacturing-ready STL.
