payload drop mechanism 3d model
Design ONLY a 3D-printable rotary payload-drop KIT for a large FPV drone; do NOT design the drone. It must carry 8 identical inert cylindrical test payloads arranged radially at 45° intervals. Create a complete, practical assembly made from MULTIPLE separate printable parts—not one solid piece: main frame, circular rotating carousel, 360° perimeter gear, drive gear, central shaft/bearing mounts, 8 payload holders, retention gates, indexing/detent system, servo bracket, protective covers, mounting plate and fasteners. Use an MG996R servo to drive the perimeter gear through the smaller drive gear. The carousel rotates exactly 45° per step; each indexed position aligns one holder with a single bottom release opening, allowing payloads to drop one-by-one while the other 7 remain retained. Design mechanically realistic parts that can be directly 3D printed, assembled, and made functional after installing the required electronics. Include tolerances, screw holes, bearing seats, reinforcement
