Design only the locking mechanism for a 160 mm RC aircraft payload bay door. Do NOT model the door. Create a compact servo-actuated pull-wire latch using one MG996R (or similar) servo. The servo pulls a stainless steel wire linkage to retract a spring-loaded locking pin. A compression spring automatically returns the pin to the locked position when the servo releases. The mechanism must remain mechanically locked without servo power and resist vibration during flight. Include servo mount, wire guide, pin guide, spring seat, adjustable linkage, M3 mounting holes, and printable parts. Optimize for PLA/PETG FDM printing with 2.5–3 mm wall thickness, 0.3 mm moving clearances, filleted edges, minimal supports, and easy assembly.
