Ellie the Brave Elephant Ellie was a young elephant who lived in a sunny forest filled with tall trees, colorful flowers, and sparkling streams. She was kind and friendly, but she was afraid of trying new things. One morning, the animals gathered near the river. A little monkey named Max was worried. "My favorite red ball rolled across the old bridge," he said. "Now it's stuck on the other side!" The bridge looked narrow and shaky. None of the small animals wanted to cross it. Ellie looked at the bridge and felt nervous. She had never crossed it before. "You are strong, Ellie," said a wise turtle. "Believe in yourself." Ellie took a deep breath and slowly stepped onto the bridge. It creaked a little, but she kept going. One step, then another. Soon, she reached the other side safely.
