fully 3D-printable mechanical air purifier that works without electricity, called “AeroPure Passive Air Cleaner.” The device consists of three connected parts: (1) Front Air Intake Cone: A wide conical opening (12 cm diameter, 8 cm deep) that gradually narrows into a tube. The inner surface of the cone has thin curved ridges angled at 25 degrees to force air into a swirling motion. The outer rim is slightly flared with small vent holes around the edge. (2) Helical Filtration Chamber: A cylindrical body (10 cm diameter, 15 cm long) with an internal spiral airflow path. Inside the cylinder, design a continuous helical channel that guides air in a vortex motion from front to back. Along the outer wall of this chamber, include 4 detachable dust collector cups evenly spaced, each 2 cm deep and 3 cm wide. The inner wall near the end of the spiral should transition into a fine mesh pattern (porous 3D surface) that traps small dust particles. No moving parts, no fans. The chamber should create a Venturi effect by narrowing the path in the middle (from 10 cm to 6 cm). (3) Clean Air Outlet: A short reverse cone (8 cm diameter base, 6 cm top, 6 cm long) that smoothly connects to the back of the filtration chamber. Add a circular diffuser cap at the outlet with five adjustable vent holes (1 cm each) for airflow direction. The entire model should be printable in PLA or PETG plastic with snap-fit connections between each section (no screws or glue). The design should look aerodynamic, futuristic, and functional, with a matte surface finish and visible internal structure through transparent material if possible.
