Includes a 45mm cylindrical adapter connected to two curved clamp plates, each 70mm long and 30mm wide with smooth low-friction surfaces. Internal airflow divides into two laminar ducts distributing warm air evenly along the inner clamp plates. Closed clamp gap is 2mm to guide hair with gentle pressure. Simple spring hinge provides moderate clamping force suitable for mixed hair types. Inner plates include 1.5mm ventilation slots for airflow diffusion. Designed for 3D printing using PA12 or heat-resistant nylon with 3mm wall thickness and screw assembly, focused on airflow efficiency and mechanical testing.
