Generate a 3D printable A4 document folder for Bambu Lab A1 (250mm bed max). Slim clamshell case, closed, portable. INTERNAL: 215x300x20mm. Walls 2mm thick. Split into 4 parts along the 310mm axis so each piece fits the bed. PART 1 - FRONT COVER (2 halves): Flat plate 2mm, rounded corners 8mm, ribbed texture exterior. Two hinge knuckles with 4mm holes on one edge. Snap-fit latch tab on opposite edge. PART 2 - REAR TRAY (2 halves): Tray with 20mm tall walls. Two 4mm hinge pins protruding on one edge, snap-fit catch recess on opposite edge. Rounded corners matching cover. PART 3 - HINGE CAPS (2x): Cylinders 5x8mm, press-fit into knuckles. ASSEMBLY: Dovetail joints connect halves. Hinge pins + caps connect cover to tray. Snap latch secures closed. STYLE: Minimalist, fine horizontal ribs, recessed label frame on spine. No supports needed. 0.2mm tolerance on snap-fits.
