Default M6 holes (6 mm), countersink/counterbore optional (parametrizable). - Fit clearance: 1.0 mm on mating surfaces; hole tolerances +0.5/+1.0 mm. - Geometry: faithful to photos — central ridge slightly pointed forward, rounded rectangular front opening, smooth paint-ready surfaces, internal reinforcement ribs (6 mm height x 3 mm thickness). - Avoid walls < 2.5 mm without reinforcement. - Add alignment pins Ø4 mm (parametrizable). - Deliverables: STL (print-ready, scaled in mm), OBJ (optional), PNG renders (front & underside), and a small TXT/MD spec sheet listing editable variable names and recommended screws/lengths and print orientation (recommend printing with inner face down). - Use attached photos to scale; if needed, assume default parametric values above. Note that the user will verify fit before road use. Assembly note (short): include 1–2 paragraph mounting instruction and recommended fasteners for M6 screws with washers and nyloc nuts or M6 riv-nuts if needed.
