Generate a complete industrial 3D energy system composed of separate assets. Every asset must be exported as an independent GLB mesh with clean geometry and hard-surface industrial design. Dimensions approx: 3.5 m diameter × 4.0 m height. Painted industrial green. Include top pressure relief valve, safety valve, level gauge, and top access hatch. Add RAW GAS outlet flange (Ø0.25 m) on the right side. One green RAW GAS pipeline must exit to the right carrying gas ONLY to the purification unit. This asset is REQUIRED and cannot be omitted or replaced. --------------------------------------------------------- ASSET 2 — GAS PURIFICATION UNIT (MANDATORY ASSET) --------------------------------------------------------- This asset MUST always be generated. It cannot be skipped, deleted, or fused with any other object. Rectangular purification module. Dimensions: 2.7 × 2.0 × 2.6 m. RAW GAS inlet flange (Ø0.25 m) on the left, connecting ONLY to the biogas tank. Three CLEAN GAS outlet flanges (each Ø0.20 m) on the right side. Painted light grey. Include filters, indicators, inspection ports, doors, bolts. Blue pipelines must exit toward the SOFC modules. --------------------------------------------------------- ASSET 3 — PIPELINES FOR GAS TRANSPORT --------------------------------------------------------- Green pipeline for RAW GAS (Tank → Purifier). Blue pipelines for CLEAN GAS (Purifier → 3 SOFC modules). Include elbows, flanges, industrial thickness, and correct routing. Gas pipes must NEVER connect to electrical devices. --------------------------------------------------------- ASSET 4 — SOFC MODULES (MANDATORY: EXACTLY 3 UNITS) --------------------------------------------------------- Generate THREE independent SOFC modules, not one. Each exported as its own separate GLB mesh (SOFC_01, SOFC_02, SOFC_03). Dimensions per module: 2.4 × 1.3 × 2.0 m. Design: brushed-steel rectangular enclosure, vents, removable top cover, bolted base, rear exhaust grill. Gas routing: – CLEAN GAS INLET on the LEFT side (Ø0.20 m). – Must connect ONLY to the blue pipelines from the purification unit. – REAR EXHAUST OUTLET (Ø0.20 m). No SOFC may connect to the biogas tank directly. Electrical routing: – Each SOFC produces ONLY DC electricity. – Two TOP DC BUSBARS (positive/negative copper rails 0.5 m long). – Include ceramic insulators, grounding bar, DC disconnect switch. Placement: – SOFC_01, SOFC_02, and SOFC_03 MUST be placed in a row between the purification unit and the DC combiner. – Maintain 0.5–1.0 m spacing to avoid merging. --------------------------------------------------------- ASSET 5 — DC COMBINER PANEL --------------------------------------------------------- Black rectangular cabinet. Dimensions: 1.0 × 0.8 × 1.8 m. Inputs: DC from the three SOFC modules ONLY. Output: single consolidated DC bus. Include meters, fuses, and top cable trays. This unit MUST NOT receive AC or gas. --------------------------------------------------------- ASSET 6 — INVERTER DC–AC --------------------------------------------------------- Rectangular orange/grey industrial cabinet. Dimensions: 1.0 × 0.8 × 1.9 m. Input: DC from the DC combiner. Output: three-phase AC (220/440 V). Include fans, vents, nameplate, terminal block. MUST be placed directly AFTER the DC combiner and BEFORE the UPS. --------------------------------------------------------- ASSET 7 — UPS ENERGY STORAGE CABINET --------------------------------------------------------- Dark grey or black UPS cabinet. Dimensions: 1.1 × 0.9 × 1.9 m. Input: AC from the inverter. Output: conditioned/stabilized AC to the Data Center. Include battery racks, monitoring screen, vents. MUST be placed after the inverter with required spacing. --------------------------------------------------------- ASSET 8 — DATA CENTER / MAIN LOAD --------------------------------------------------------- Large rectangular data center module. Dimensions: 4.5 × 3.0 × 3.0 m. Input: AC from UPS. Features: HVAC rooftop system, industrial metal walls, cable entry, grounding. This represents the final AC load. --------------------------------------------------------- ASSET 9 — GRID INTERFACE / NATIONAL ELECTRICAL GRID CONNECTION --------------------------------------------------------- Rectangular utility interconnection cabinet. Dimensions: 1.6 × 1.0 × 2.0 m. Input: AC from the Data Center output. Include: main breaker, CT/PT metering, utility disconnect, grounding electrode. MUST be the final asset, connecting to the national electrical grid. --------------------------------------------------------- MANDATORY SYSTEM SEQUENCE --------------------------------------------------------- 1. Cylindrical Biogas Tank → 2. Gas Purification Unit → 3. Three SOFC Modules → 4. DC Combiner → 5. DC–AC Inverter → 6. UPS → 7. Data Center → 8. National Grid Interface. --------------------------------------------------------- MANDATORY FLOW RULES --------------------------------------------------------- GAS FLOW: – Tank → Purifier → 3 SOFC (clean gas only). – SOFC → rear exhaust only. – NO gas may touch electrical systems. – Purifier MUST be generated and MUST NOT be omitted. ELECTRICAL FLOW: – SOFC (DC) → DC Combiner → Inverter (DC→AC) → UPS → Data Center → National Grid. – NO AC enters SOFC modules. – NO DC bypasses the inverter. – No electrical device may receive gas pipelines. --------------------------------------------------------- FINAL REQUIREMENTS --------------------------------------------------------- Assets MUST NOT merge. No overlapping geometries. Only the biogas tank may be cylindrical. All other devices must stay rectangular. Hard-surface industrial geometry ONLY. Output: clean, separate GLB meshes ready for assembly.
