gecko terrarium 3d model
Generate a solid, watertight (manifold) 3D model of a two-level terrarium hide for a leopard gecko (Eublepharis macularius) with a ramp. Use millimeters, Z-axis up, model oriented flat on the build plate. Style: natural “rock/sandstone” with a soft, non-sharp micro-texture for grip. BUILD VOLUME - The entire model (or each part if split) must fit within a 220 × 220 × 250 mm print volume. Target envelope ≤ 210 × 210 × 180 mm to allow slicer margins/brims. OVERALL SIZE & LAYOUT - Footprint (base): ~210 × 160 mm; overall height: ~120–130 mm. - Lower level = main hide chamber: internal cavity ~160 × 110 × 70 mm (L × W × H). - Entry arch: ~55 mm wide × 45 mm tall; all edges filleted (3–5 mm). - Upper level = lounging/observation deck: ~200 × 120 mm at ~90 mm Z height. - Ramp from lower to upper level: width ≥ 60 mm, slope 15–18°, shallow cross-rungs 2–3 mm high at 10–12 mm pitch; side curbs (guard rails) 5–8 mm tall. - Ventilation: rows of Ø3–4 mm holes on rear/side walls, ~15 mm spacing, with softened edges. -
