Generate an anime style human head up to shoulders, and the character must have a collar on her neck, as represented in the reference photo. No need to add hair and facial features for the head and ignore all irelevant items like the horn and background. The purpose of this model is for me to practise how to draw this kind of collar on characters. For the head, reference the anime head construction style. Do not over complex the collar, it is just a simple short metalic cylinder with a little twist in form, similar to the collar thing on Vtuber darkness.
