Hello I have a land with 237 meter length and 54 meter width rectangle shaped plot where i want to make a shopping complex made of multiple shipping container boxes . I have added 4 images : 1 a parking area , 2 a washroom for men and woman made of containers 40 ft , 3 and 4 group of building/structure for retail restaurants and shops made of containers .. each unit will have 2-5 containers of 40ft and will make a 1000-1500 area retail space . I want a parking area about 20% of the area in the back side for parking , bricks in floor , remaining area will be container on both the sides of the plot and from front there will be walking area in middle .. i have attached image .
