Hey do you know the about the capillary action so i am planning build product called water air breeze cooler for pc this product will work on latent heat of vibration so this product will be in front of the PC inlet fan which take cool air from the product for temperature drop 1 description of the product so this product will consist of three main or 4 components a bowl or reservoir for (water/cool water) storage a a vertical frame parallel to the pc fan and in water bowl frame with attached piece of cloth with holes in it for air flow and max surface area for better cooling and a fan if needed behind the cloth for air passes then pc air inlet so this product will be cloth one end dipped in the bowl for waters make a 3d model
