fiendish tiefling 3d model

Hi, im looking to create a DND miniature. This character is a young adult female Tiefling called Akira with a rouge class. They have red skin, 2 fire daggers in each hand, long flowy black hair that fades to red, a set of horns on the front, followed by some some longer curved horns at the back. They have elf ears. They should be thin and curvy. They are wearing a bra armour piece, followed by the midwaist being covered in dragon scale cloth. Their hips have another armour piece which is in a v shape, with the bottom of this followed by a long drapey cloth that silts down the front and back, with the sides staying exposed. The base should be circular with inscriptions on the side, cobble and skulls in the centre, with long jagged horns and spikes coming from sides and top. The upper chestpeice should have spikes coming of the shoulders
