All parts concentric on Z axis, as separate bodies, exported as separate solids (STEP). Modeling tolerance 0.001mm, gap tolerance 0.01 micron; global tolerance must not exceed gap size. Create a longitudinal section at X=0 exposing interfaces. Use only pure cylindrical/conical surfaces, no fillets.
