Prompt
High quality realistic 3D printable sculpture of a small owl sitting on a mossy rock, with a ladybug next to the owl, both merged into one single solid printable object. Style must be realistic wildlife collectible figurine with natural feather flow, but optimized for FDM printing without micro surface noise or ultra fine feather strands. The owl must be sitting in a compact resting pose, wings touching the body, tail supported by the rock to maximize structural strength and remove need for supports. The ladybug must be touching the owl and slightly embedded into owl feathers or rock surface. The ladybug must be approximately one third of the owl body height. The rock must have smooth natural erosion shapes with a fully flat bottom surface for bed adhesion. Moss must be sculpted as medium relief organic shapes growing directly from the rock surface, never hanging or forming bridges. The model must be optimized specifically for Flashforge AD5X FDM printing with 0.4 mm nozzle. All overhangs must be self supporting and below 55 degrees. Avoid deep cavities, avoid thin feather tips, avoid thin legs, avoid sharp horizontal planes. The sculpture must be optimized to print in approximately 5 hours using 0.16–0.20 mm layer height. Target dimensions: Height: 95–105 mm Base width: 80–90 mm Depth: 70–80 mm The model must be designed for 4 color multi material printing with purge minimization as highest priority. Color regions must be designed as large continuous volumes with minimal color switching. Color separation boundaries must be hidden using natural sculpt geometry such as feather overlap lines, feather layer breaks, rock cracks, moss borders, and natural shadow lines. Avoid straight visible color cut lines across smooth surfaces. Prefer color transitions located inside surface texture grooves or under feather overlaps. Prefer vertical or diagonal color transitions following natural sculpt lines instead of horizontal slicing transitions. Color zoning design: Color 1: Owl main feather body Color 2: Owl beak, claws, eye rings merged into one continuous color island placed inside natural geometry recesses Color 3: Ladybug entire shell single color volume with embossed dots integrated in same color shell to avoid color swapping Color 4: Rock + moss combined into one color OR separated only using vertical height zoning hidden inside rock crack geometry Interlocking geometry must be used between color zones using stepped, keyed, or feather-overlap boundary shapes to visually hide color transition seams. Avoid small color islands. Avoid thin color strips. Avoid checkerboard or scattered color transitions. Minimum printable thickness rules: Structural walls minimum 2 mm Feather texture depth 0.4–0.6 mm Ladybug surface detail minimum 0.7 mm Moss relief 0.8–1.2 mm Mesh must be watertight, manifold, medium polygon density, STL export ready for slicing. Hide color boundaries inside sculpt detail transitions and natural shadow lines. Prioritize single material printing per layer whenever possible. Reduce material switching frequency across Z height. Favor geometry based color masking instead of planar cuts.
