Highly detailed 110 mm × 110 mm × 6.4 mm rectangular panel replicating Viktor Grebennikov's Cavity Structural Effect (CSE) anti-gravity platform made from beetle elytra. Five perfectly aligned identical layers of Geotrupes stercorarius / Trypocopris vernalis inner elytra structure stacked on top of each other. Each layer is 1.2 mm thick and contains an ultra-precise regular honeycomb pattern of open hexagonal cavities on the top face only. Hexagonal cavities: 0.75 mm flat-to-flat diameter, 0.45 mm deep, wall thickness 0.13 mm, perfectly vertical walls. Every single cavity has a tiny sharp conical protrusion (height 0.24 mm, base diameter 0.15 mm) exactly in the center of the bottom. Very fine radial micro-channels (0.05 mm wide) connect neighboring cavities. Bottom face of each layer is completely flat and smooth. All five layers are fused together with perfect alignment (all cavities pointing exactly the same direction – upward). Extremely high resolution, scientific accuracy, no supports needed on cavity side, perfectly flat base, ready for SLA/resin 3D printing. Natural chitin color, matte finish, photorealistic macro texture.
