Highly detailed 3D-printable gold concentrating shaking table (Wilfley-type gravity separation table), full complete model ready for FDM or resin 3D printing, watertight manifold mesh, no defects. Design exactly based on these real references: rectangular inclined deck approximately 2.5–3 meters long and 1.2–1.5 meters wide, black rubber or PVC deck surface with hundreds of thin parallel riffles (riffles running lengthwise, riffles are low-profile (3–5 mm high in real life but make them 6–8 mm high and 8–10 mm thick at the base for print strength), riffles slightly tapered and ending in a smooth curved transition toward the concentrate end. Deck is mounted on a strong reinforced frame with 4 very thick and solid angled legs (minimum 40–50 mm wall thickness, heavily chamfered and gusseted at joints for maximum rigidity, similar to heavy industrial steel stands but styled exactly like the blue/yellow/beige painted references). Legs must be extremely robust and over-engineered for 3D printing strength, with large triangular gussets and thick cross-bracing between legs. Include the complete under-structure: longitudinal steel beams (75 mm × 75 mm box section style, 8–10 mm wall thickness), transverse supports, and the eccentric shaking mechanism box at the feed end with visible large flywheel and electric motor (motor in green housing as in reference). All mechanical parts must be modeled as solid thickened bodies suitable for printing (no thin sheets). Top of the deck has two water distribution manifolds with multiple spray nozzles or perforated pipes running across the width near the feed end, exactly as shown in the references with vertical risers and horizontal distribution bars. Side walls/launders: high red/beige side boards all around the deck with discharge chutes at the lower end for concentrates and tailings, smooth internal surfaces. All thin real-life metal sheets (0.8–2 mm in reality) must be dramatically thickened to at least 4–66 mm wall thickness, all edges heavily chamfered or filleted (minimum 3–55 mm radius) to avoid sharp overhangs and improve printability and strength. Add generous fillets (8–15 mm) on every internal and external corner, especially where legs meet the frame and where riffles meet the deck. Overall industrial color scheme: black deck with riffles, beige/red side walls, blue main frame, yellow accents on legs and braces, green motor housing. Highly detailed, ultra-clean topology optimized for 3D printing, 100% manifold, no non-manifold edges, no inverted normals, all holes closed, no self-intersections, perfect for direct slicing in PLA, PETG or resin. Resolution: maximum possible detail on riffles and mechanical parts while keeping the model under 1.5 million triangles for easy handling. Style: photorealistic industrial machinery, clean engineering look, ready to print at 1:10 or 1:20 scale.
