Highly realistic ecological museum architecture located in Gaoligong Mountain, China. The design follows a strong spatial hierarchy with a central monumental “Tree of Time” as the main visual and narrative core. The building is organized in a “one axis, one core, double circulation system”. The first floor is semi-open exhibition space with a hollow atrium connecting to the second floor visually. The second floor is a dense immersive forest environment with layered vegetation, elevation changes, and natural terrain variation. A circular floating café wraps around the giant central tree, elevated above the ground, creating a panoramic resting platform within the forest canopy. The circulation system consists of organic S-shaped wooden walkways forming a looped exploration path with multiple viewing nodes. The entire space is covered by a transparent glass dome structure with steel framing, allowing natural sunlight and volumetric light rays to penetrate the forest mist atmosphere. The e
