i have a college project where we have 1 acre land and i have to make a house in 10% of that and in the rest 90 % i have to farm and have different zones for things like cattle area, chicken area, vegetable farm, crop/wheat/grains farm, orchard zone, step farming etc. i have to execute all of the things by keeping concepts like permaculture, houseship, agroforestry, sustainability, water reusage, passive air conditioning, passive cooling and passive heating, off grid home, great watering system, air ventilation in mind. i want to make a natural ecosystem in this 1 acre area where i dont have to rely on external sources for power, water, food etc. i dont want to rely on active cooling and heating. the location of this area is bhora, Himachal pradesh. so the climate is mostly cold. i want the backwall of my home to be made with reused tyres with compressed earth inside them. i want you to guide me to make this project. i would like to make 2d,3d designs of this. also suggest me easiest softwares or websites through which i can make this in 3d. and also customise it by myself. generate this idea, clearly, highly detailed, presentable, realistic sunlight, should look 3d and realistic, the whole 1 acre area is slightly tilted because it is on a mountain slope (the house side is on slightly higher altitude and gradually the altitude decreases as it goes downwards towards the ), the overall flow of water is also from the top to bottom.
