three-headed dragon 3d model

i want to create a 3 headed flexi dragon with 3 horns and 2 spikes on its nose. spikey long tail 32 in long with 2 sets of feet split apart down its body. with a split at the end of it tail also with spikes. make the whole body covered in dragon scales. after the front feet the rest of the body is horizontal against the groundand deeper and higher spikes on the body. spikes and scales covering the body. from behind the front feet the rest of the body is flexable where the body can move anywhere down it left and right with individual segments. and lots of realistic detail on it. lots and lots of various size spikes all over. befind the back feet the down rest of the body is broke but movable attachments on each piece joining the segments together and flexable into 36 segments allowing the tail to move
