mahjong tiles bookmark 3d model

I want to create a bookmark that is roughly 50mm wide, 150mm long and 2-3mm thick. I want this be be for mahjong fans. Have the main body of the bookmark be a solid color like white. I want several mahjong tiles at varies angles displayed. I would at least a joker, flower, bird bam, crak and dot tiles shown. Have the tiles have a black border to make them stand out. Include a hole in the upper center to allow for ribbon. please try to limit to four colors as my 3d printer can only do four. (black, red, White, Blue) we play american mahjong that has the numbers in the upper left corner. Be sure to add those to the tiles. Please create a few mockups that I can view before creating full file. The final output needs to be able to be imported into Ocra slicer. Let me know if you have any questions.
