armored goblin 3d model

I want to create a goblin with a belly that is wearing a full compliment of armor and a two edged axe for a weapon where the handle is held in his hand and is 1/3 the goblin's height. He should have a wooden shield. in the other hand The armor should be decorative but not gaudy.
